Admission Consideration
Delegate and speaker's fee must be paid prior to admission to the conference and tutorials.
Authors/Speakers
All authors/speakers who plan to present an accepted paper must complete their paid registration prior to the papers going to the printer (27 July 2008). There is no refund for cancellation but substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event. Co-authors are considered as delegates from a payment registration point of view
Delegates
Delegate's fee must be paid prior to admission to the conference and tutorials. Registration is considered effective upon confirmation of payment by the Conference Secretariat and if not cancelled by 24 September 2008. Cancellation must be notified by signed letter or fax. In case of cancellation, a refund will be paid less TBD for administrative expenses.
The four Day Conference includes plenary and parallel sessions and will be held from Monday 20 October to Thursday 23 October 2008.
The Conference fee includes:
- Entrance to all plenary and technical sessions
- Delegates' documentation including conference proceedings
- Three seating luncheons and refreshments at morning and afternoon breaks
- Transport and participation to Gala Dinner on NEW DATE HERE
