The ICIN 2008 conference will be located at the Sofitel Bordeaux Hotel at 1 Avenue Jean-Gabriel Domergue, 33300 BORDEAUX LE LAC, FRANCE. Ideally situated, right by the Bordeaux vineyards and the Arcachon basin, facing the Bordeaux Lake, this hotel is just 15 minutes from the downtown area, now classified as a UNESCO World Heritage site. It also offers direct access to the Casino Barrière and the Convention Center. Bordeaux is only 3 hours from Paris by TGV.
A block of rooms is being held for ICIN conference attendees at a discounted rate of € 160.00 single/ € 160.00 double occupancy. Breakfast is € 15 per person and internet service in the room is € 40 for five days (daily rates are available). City tax of € 1.45 applies.
These rates will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the
official meeting dates, based on availability. To receive the discounted
rate, you must make your reservation prior to 6 October, and mention
that you are attending the ICIN Conference or use the Promotion Code
ICIN when registering online.
Reservation requests received after 6 October will be accepted on a
space and rate availability basis.
